What People Say About My Music Taste

I HATE... absolutely HATE it when people criticize and hate on my music and say that the guys I take joy in listening to aren't 'men'. THEY ARE MEN. Stfu and gtfa.
Honestly. I'm so fucking pissed that everyone just hates on my music. I have never criticized your fucking music so don't go hating on my taste in music. It's what I like to listen to. It's what I like to watch. So you don't have to say a fucking word about it. YOU are not watching it. And if you happen to see a picture of them as my Desktop background, you either KEEP your mouth shut, your thoughts to yourself, and don't ever even go on my iPod. I take my music peoples seriously.
You can say shit about me and call me useless.
But DON'T call the music I listen to stupid, or the Korean guys 'look like girls' and/or 'sound like girls' (To me, they are hot and sexy!) and so what if I like to play video games!? That's a hobby like any other!

It all started about four months ago. The start of my story.

I'm still learning so much more about the Korean music world, but I think I know I've found my right obsession.
You see, I am very passionate about games enough already... but I was also passionate about music. Of course, I listened to all kinds of music, I never really stuck to a specific genre. I even listened to country and screamo. Now there's music that just don't mix well together... It was even classicals and rock songs... even some songs in other languages! (Japanese, Indian, French and German songs...) just not what I had expected to come soon...

But slowly, I started to realize a slight problem that I had... and it was celebrities with blonde hair. It started out with Wesley from V-Factory... and then it became TC Carter from Varsity Fanclub...
Their music was absolutely awesome. I couldn't stop listening to their voices... and sooner then I knew it, I had Celebrity Blonde Hair Obsession...

Now, my love for Korean music came from elsewhere. I wasn't sure which, but on a forum, someone mentioned something about SHINee's Ring Ding Dong, a Korean band's song. It perked my interest. I just HAD to know what it was! One of those feelings, ya know?
So I listened to it. And surprisingly, I liked it. I didn't think I would like it. I took back all my distaste for Korean music (even though I liked Jpop and Jrock, I didn't think I would like Kpop. Weird, I know.) and I became more open-minded about their music.
Which led me to 2NE1.

I think I was surfing YouTube when I came across 2NE1's Clap Your Hands. I thought that it was really cool and I loved it! I even watched their music video for it (when normally I don't watch music videos. I didn't even watch the Ring Ding Dong music video either). Personally, I loved it. So I started clicking on their other songs and came across Can't Nobody... and omg, I became an instant fan and I just loved that song! It's still my favourite, but I listen to almost all their songs now.
And ya see, I'm Asian who (not only has a problem for loving it) but also wished to have blonde hair but was constantly told by everyone 'no, you're Asian. Asians don't look good with blond hair.' Well CL proved them wrong! (at least my family, since they were the only ones that knew of my Korean Music Obsession at the time) so, inspired by CL from 2NE1, I thought, why not? I knew that she was celebrity and all that and I'm not, but it still helped to confirm all my doubts.
And now I'm a blond Asian. A lot of my friends have said it looks good and that I'm able to pull it off (and a lot of them are the honest types that tell things straight out.) So I'm very satisfied with it. :D

Well, 2NE1 opened the door to my obsession. I listened to Lollipop by Big Bang featuring 2NE1, but then I thought that Big Bang was cool too. Then I went to the mall that was an hour away from home... with a whole bunch of Asian stores, walked into a DVD store...
And I found a DVD of music videos by 2NE1!! I bought it right away!!
And the DVD music came with 20 songs by 2NE1 and 20 songs by Big Bang... so I listened to more Big Bang and became an instant fan. I most especially adore G-Dragon, his voice is so sexy... <3

Then when I searched around on tumblr and other blogs, I heard Beast's Fiction and I liked it.
So when I went to that same mall again a week after, I bought Beast's DVD as well. :D
And when I watched their music videos, Yo Seob... I just couldn't keep my eyes off of him! <3
Now I've listened to various Korean songs... my favourites being 2NE1, Big Bang, Beast, Super Junior, SHINee and F(x) so far and STILL growing!

The more I listen to it, the more I love it and the more I learn about it... I'm still learning, but I know I'm a fan, and I know I'm not leaving anytime soon. :D <3
